If you are a dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented professional, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue electronic invoices (**NF-e, NFS-e, NFC-e**) for products and services in accordance with current legislation. * Verify applicable taxation (**ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS**) according to the company's tax regime. * Monitor invoice **cancellations, returns, correction letters, and invoice substitutions**. * Maintain organized **physical and digital archives** of fiscal documents. * Control and complete internal spreadsheets and reports. * Meet internal deadlines and procedures, ensuring **efficiency and accuracy in billing**. **Required Knowledge and Competencies** * Experience with **ERP systems** and billing routines. * Basic knowledge of **fiscal and tax legislation**. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills for interaction with departments such as **sales, logistics, and finance**. * Ability to work under deadlines and handle high document volumes.
