This is a critical position to ensure all production processes operate efficiently and meet quality and delivery objectives. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership, technical skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. As an Industrial Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production operations, ensuring process efficiency and achievement of production targets. You will manage a team of machine operators and assembly-line workers, and collaborate with other departments such as engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth operations. You will analyze and optimize production processes, implementing continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with quality and occupational safety standards. Inventory management, material control, and preventive equipment maintenance are also among your responsibilities. Experience in industrial production management, knowledge of manufacturing techniques, and familiarity with production management systems are essential. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
