Responsibilities as Industrial Maintenance Manager: * Ensure compliance with legislation, technical standards, and sanitary regulations (GMP, ANVISA, MAPA). * Ensure operational safety and adherence to occupational health and safety standards (NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, NR-33, NR-35). * Implement and maintain maintenance management systems and processes (CMMS / ERP / MES). * Coordinate spare parts and critical assets inventory. * Coordinate contracts with suppliers, automation integrators, and technical service providers. * Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for industrial assets. * Ensure availability, efficiency, and performance of production lines by analyzing failures, process losses, and root causes to propose improvement plans. * Develop maintenance and engineering performance indicators (KPIs) (equipment availability, line stoppages, CAPEX and OPEX). * Manage industrial utility systems (refrigeration, steam, compressed air, energy, and water). * Supervise internal and external technical support. * Participate in internal and external audits and certifications (ISO, FSSC, BRC). * Ensure integrity of industrial facilities and building infrastructure. * Ensure calibration, reliability, and traceability of instruments and control systems. * Support Production and Quality departments in process stability and standardization. * Plan and manage scheduled shutdowns and major maintenance activities. * Ensure up-to-date technical documentation, diagrams, manuals, and legal records. * Ensure environmental compliance and process sustainability.
