We are looking for Field Interviewers to join our data collection team. Your role will be essential in transforming people's opinions into strategic insights for our clients. This position focuses on conducting quantitative research, engaging directly with the public across various locations, ensuring that the \"voice of the streets\" reaches our analysts with precision. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** We conduct customized and comprehensive public opinion surveys; the objective of this position is to collect data for quantitative research. Our focus lies on each client’s unique needs and on utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to facilitate insight generation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Identify and approach specific respondent profiles with empathy and professionalism; Conduct face-to-face interviews (door-to-door or in public places) and electronic interviews, strictly following established scripts; Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy of collected information, safeguarding result integrity; Collaborate with the team to achieve research objectives; Administer product questionnaires according to the sample defined by statistics; Use mobile devices (tablets/smartphones) to complete digital forms according to the defined sampling; Conduct detailed assessments to explore and understand respondents’ perspectives; Perform audits when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Basic computer literacy; Availability for travel (Mandatory); Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences; Initiative to approach respondents; Flexibility to work varied hours; Responsibility and punctuality; Proficiency in handling electronic equipment: tablets and smartphones; Meeting deadlines and targets according to the schedule defined for each project. **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE:** Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences; Proactivity and confidence when approaching people in public spaces; Organization, punctuality, and commitment to deadlines/targets. **Flexibility:** Adaptability to work varied hours, as required by each project.
