Job Summary: The professional will serve the team, interact with the workshop, organize and control the spare parts inventory, perform transfers, stocktaking and quotations, as well as receive and dispatch goods. Quotation preparation and invoice tracking **Job Description:** ---------------------- · Serve mechanics, assistants, administrative staff, and service managers; · Engage with the workshop to jointly develop solutions for customers; · Maintain a clean and organized spare parts inventory; · Organize the showroom; · Perform and receive spare parts transfers; · Conduct spare parts inventory counts/audits, as well as the annual inventory balance; · Manage inventory control and assist in spare parts replenishment; · Provide on-site spare parts shift coverage when required; · Assist in the annual reallocation; · Receive and dispatch goods (Boqueta). · Prepare product quotations; · Receive, inspect, and store goods; · Assist in unloading products delivered to the company; · Issue return shipment notes; · Track and process product invoices; · Perform spare parts transfers; · Register spare parts in service orders; · Generate and track spare parts DTPC (Technical Parts Delivery Certificate); · Support junior apprentices, if applicable; · Conduct training related to the spare parts area; · Regularly access internal websites related to the spare parts department; · Follow all additional instructions from the spare parts manager. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School Education **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Relevant work experience **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- Not applicable **Benefits:** --------------- Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) Health Insurance Plan (Unimed) Dental Insurance Plan (DentalUni) Meal Allowance Childcare Assistance WellHub Life Insurance Mental Health and Well-being Programs Pharmacy and SESC Benefits Discounts at educational institutions And others **Work Location:** ---------------------- M.
