Responsibility for facility safety and regulatory compliance **Main Responsibilities for this Position:** * **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional to work in the Facilities area, responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure systems and equipment. The professional will respond to emergencies and perform maintenance on equipment such as elevators, lighting, generators, fire pumps, fire alarm systems, comfort air-conditioning, exhaust fans, and air curtains. They will also be responsible for performing minor welding tasks, operating aerial work platforms, preparing cost estimates, creating and completing service orders, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure proper facility operation and operational safety. **Requirements:** * Knowledge in **electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems applied to Facilities**; * Experience with building maintenance and infrastructure equipment; * Experience with **welding**; * Experience in **operating aerial work platforms**; * Valid **NR 10 and NR 35 certifications**. **Safety and Compliance:** * Ensure all electrical and infrastructure installations comply with current safety standards and regulations. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow workplace safety practices, including JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and PT (Permit to Work) preparation. Main Responsibilities: **Electrical Activities:** Install, maintain, and repair electrical circuits, panels, distribution boards, and other electrical components. * Support identification and resolution of electrical faults in equipment and HVAC systems. * Perform cable routing, connections, and installation of electrical infrastructure for refrigeration systems. * Assist in complying with electrical safety regulations, ensuring appropriate use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPE). **Refrigeration Activities:** * Support installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, such as **comfort air-conditioning**. * Assist in cleaning and sanitizing filters, coils, condensers, and drain pans. * Conduct inspections and detect refrigerant gas leaks, supporting recharging per technical guidance. * Perform tests and adjustments on systems to ensure proper equipment operation. * Monitor pressure, temperature, and refrigerant fluid levels. * Assist in replacing components such as compressors, motors, valves, sensors, and thermostats. * Support organizing and transporting tools, parts, and equipment required to carry out services. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical program in Refrigeration or related fields such as Electrical Engineering. * **Certifications:** NR-10 (Electrical Safety in Installations and Services) and NR-35 (Work at Heights), NR 18 (Work with PEMT), and refrigeration-related courses. * **Experience:** Prior experience in refrigeration and HVAC systems, vacuum execution, equipment cleaning, installations, electrical system assembly, and building infrastructure maintenance. * **Skills:** Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, diagnostic and problem-solving skills, knowledge of facilities systems, and cost estimation preparation. **Desired Profile:** * Proactive and able to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills to interact with external vendors and directly with clients. * Attention to detail and commitment to service quality. * **Work Schedule** * Remuneration + 30% | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:18 PM * **Benefits** * Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance; Meal Allowance R$ 650.00; On-site meals; Gympass partnership (for gym use); Pharmacy Card (after probation period); and Alelo Autobenefícios Card.
