**About the position:** ----------------- **Activities** -------------- You will be responsible for **expanding the elevator maintenance contract portfolio**, focusing on active prospecting and customer relationship management within the company's existing client base. You will be in charge of acquiring new contracts, ensuring retention of the current portfolio, and selling recurring services such as (repairs, modernizations, upgrades). This is an external role with schedule autonomy, **reporting based on results.** **Requirements and qualifications** ------------------------------ * High school diploma; * Experience in external or consultative sales; * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and goal orientation; * Valid class B driver's license and personal vehicle; * Availability for external work with autonomous working hours. **Desirable** ------------- * Undergraduate degree in progress in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in the elevator industry, building maintenance, or technical services; * Experience serving condominiums or property management companies; * Familiarity with CRM systems and after\-sales techniques. **Responsibilities and duties** ----------------------------------- * Active prospecting of condominiums, management companies, and businesses operating elevators; * Scheduling and conducting commercial visits with a consultative approach; * Preparing proposals and negotiating maintenance contracts; * Portfolio advisory: monitoring active clients, identifying new needs, and generating recurring sales of technical services and products; * Proactive actions to ensure contract retention and renewal; * Recording activities in the CRM system and providing periodic performance reports; * Supporting the onboarding process for new contracts and coordination with the technical team.
