Job Summary: A professional to perform various civil construction, maintenance, and cleaning tasks, ensuring workplace organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on cleaning, preservation, and workplace safety **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Demolish concrete, masonry, and other structures; * Assist in executing masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks; * Prepare construction sites by cleaning the area and compacting soil; * Perform cleaning of construction sites; * Perform manual pruning and weeding; * Assist in assembling and disassembling structures; * Assist in environmental activities; * Assist skilled workers in other tasks; * Perform maintenance, including cleaning machines and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing mechanical defects; * Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials; * Perform basic maintenance and arrange for other vehicle/equipment maintenance, reporting failures and requesting necessary repairs; * Assist in loading, unloading, and delivering goods; * Assist in preparing materials to be processed or used on-site; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of one's workplace, vehicles, machines, and tools under one's custody; * Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards established by the Company; * Follow processes and other mechanisms required to meet the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS); * Ensure that the health, safety, and environmental management system complies with applicable requirements **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Incomplete Elementary Education; High School education preferred (reading and writing skills) * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing activities * Experience in environmental, carpentry, masonry, and painting activities * Prior experience in civil construction/maintenance projects preferred * Elementary and High School education preferred; * Previous experience in similar activities.
