Responsibilities: **Team supervision:** guide masons, laborers, carpenters, rebar workers, painters, and other professionals. **Reading and interpretation of technical drawings:** understand floor plans, cross-sections, elevations, and technical details. **Material control:** request, verify, and monitor material usage on site to prevent waste. **Planning and monitoring:** organize execution stages, supervise deadlines, and ensure productivity. **Workplace safety:** ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., NR-18). Requirements: **Experience in finishing vertical construction projects**; Formal education in the field is desirable.
