Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for budget preparation and analysis, price quotation, and technical support in budget management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Prepare and analyze service and parts budgets for vehicles. * Conduct price quotations with suppliers and service providers. * Interpret and apply internal budget-related policies and procedures. * Maintain the budget and contract management system up to date. * Collaborate with the sales team to offer appropriate solutions to customers. * Monitor approved and ongoing budgets. * Provide technical support and clarifications regarding budgets to internal teams. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement. * Generate periodic reports on budget performance and financial results. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of budgeting and cost control. * Experience in automotive dealerships is a plus. * Proficiency in management tools and electronic spreadsheets. * Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * **Advantages:** * Certifications in budgeting or financial management. * Familiarity with automotive management software. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
