We are seeking a **Billing Assistant** to support the company's administrative operations. The professional will be responsible for processing fiscal documents and managing billing. * Issuing, verifying, and controlling fiscal invoices; * Entering and verifying data in the billing system; * Filing and organizing fiscal documents; * Monitoring billing processes; * Assisting customers and suppliers with billing-related inquiries; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in billing is an advantage; * Knowledge of electronic fiscal invoice issuance (NF\-e, NFS\-e) and taxation; * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity; * Good communication and teamwork abilities. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00 (1h12 lunch break).** **A personal vehicle is required, as public transportation stops 1 km away from the company.** Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: Starting from R$2\.019,60 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work Location: On-site
