Job Summary: The professional will manage procurement of materials and services, including quotations and negotiations, as well as control building maintenance and support the team. Key Highlights: 1. Manages procurement and negotiations of materials and services. 2. Performs control and monitoring of building maintenance. 3. Provides essential support to analysts and management. \- Procure complementary materials and services \- Analyze purchase suggestions for products requested according to need, product/service demand for maintenance and construction at headquarters and branches; research products/services from new suppliers; obtain quotations; negotiate; analyze brand, features, quality, and cost of product/service; request homologation and de-homologation; evaluate supplier performance; finalize negotiations; place orders; track product delivery; and contact suppliers in case of damage \- Perform building maintenance control \- Monitor and update corrective maintenance records; assess preventive maintenance; track approval for maintenance execution; obtain quotations; negotiate; procure; contract services; monitor service execution or verify received products at headquarters; inform and guide branch responsible personnel to monitor services or verify products; request payment authorization; finalize maintenance records; assist employees by guiding and explaining procurement and maintenance policies and guidelines \- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace, including electronic equipment, furniture, and general utensils \- Provide support to Analysts, Procurement Supervisor, and Management.
