We seek a candidate who is **organized, responsible, and proactive**, comfortable with routine yet able to adapt to shifting priorities throughout the day. Responsibilities * Organization and control of **documents, files, and spreadsheets** * Data entry and updating information in systems/spreadsheets * Support for **basic finance routines** (verification, invoices, bank slips, simple reports) * Customer/supplier service and support via **WhatsApp, email, and telephone** * Calendar, deadline, and administrative task management * Procurement requests and tracking of materials and services * Support to HR in basic routines (document handling, attendance tracking where applicable) * Support to other departments to maintain organized and functional processes Requirements * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred) * Prior experience in administrative routines (preferred but not mandatory) * **Strong communication skills** and clear written expression * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines * Proficiency in **Excel/spreadsheets** (basic to intermediate level) Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * Experience issuing invoices / financial control * Familiarity with systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) * Basic knowledge of customer service and office routines Candidate Profile * **Punctual, discreet, and trustworthy** individual (handles confidential company information) * Proactive: addresses or flags issues before they escalate * Capable of prioritizing tasks and maintaining daily routines effectively * Team-oriented with flexibility and adaptability How to Apply Please send your resume with the subject line **“Administrative Assistant”** to: [email: julianodias.empresarial@gmail.com] Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Voucher
