




· **Fiscal and Purchasing Organization and Control:** Receive, organize, and file fiscal documents (invoices, payment receipts), identify and evaluate potential suppliers, request quotations, generate purchase orders, and monitor delivery deadlines. · **Fiscal Bookkeeping:** Record company transactions in the fiscal system, ensuring accurate calculation of taxes. · **Tax Declarations:** Prepare and submit mandatory tax declarations, such as SPED Fiscal, DCTF, DIRF, etc. · **XML File Management:** Manage and organize XML files of electronic invoices. · **Document Verification:** Verify the accuracy and validity of fiscal documents. · **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Communicate with other company departments (accounting, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth flow of fiscal information. **Key Skills and Knowledge:** · Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation. · Proficiency in fiscal systems and tools. · Competence in spreadsheet software (Excel) and fiscal management software. · Organizational skills and attention to detail. · Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication and teamwork abilities. · Proactivity.
