If you are agile, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team, this opportunity is for you. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Electronic timekeeping control and employee registration; * Support in hiring, termination, and payroll processing; * Benefits administration and coordination with providers; * Assistance in resume screening and interview scheduling; * Support for internal communication and endomarketing initiatives. ### **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in **Administration, HR, or related fields.** * Experience in administrative HR and DP routines; * Basic knowledge of **Excel** and HR management systems; * Must reside in the CIC/Fazendinha region. * Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn; * Commitment, ethics, and teamwork spirit — values at the core of Nevon. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * **Salary and benefits:** R$ 1900\+ breakfast and lunch on site, transportation allowance, dental plan after probation period \+ increasing attendance bonus starting from the 2nd month \+ productivity bonus starting from the 3rd month. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:15 AM to 4:45 PM * Work location: CIDADE INDUSTRIAL * Career development plan applicable after 6 months, subject to employee performance/progress.
