Supervision of metal structure assembly We are seeking an Assembly Leader in São José dos Pinhais/PR to work for a company specializing in industrial-sector solutions, with a focus on metal structures and storage systems. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and develop the assembly team, ensuring strong performance and organized execution of activities; * Plan and schedule assembly tasks, define priorities, and ensure timely delivery; * Supervise the assembly and installation of metal structures according to project specifications and requirements; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents and rework; * Monitor usage of materials, tools, and equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste; * Maintain consistent communication with other departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Experience leading teams; * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; * Willingness to travel and work on-site; * Prior experience assembling metal structures is preferred. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3\.400,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 300,00 * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance: R$ 250,00 * Unimed Health Insurance Plan * Unimed Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License: Category B Willingness to Travel
