The professional will be responsible for training students and professionals in the Software Engineering and Systems Analysis and Development programs. **Responsibilities:** Plan, prepare, and deliver theoretical and practical lectures. Develop innovative pedagogical content, including reading materials, case studies, hands-on exercises, and laboratory projects. Mentor students in academic projects, applied research, and capstone projects, encouraging innovation and critical thinking. Assess student performance, provide detailed feedback, and promote continuous improvement. Collaborate with other faculty members and research teams on interdisciplinary projects. Stay up to date with trends and advancements in the field. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. Specialization. Ability to clearly and effectively convey complex concepts. Excellent communication, organizational, and academic mentoring skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Master's or Doctoral degree. Experience in academic research and scientific publications. Experience in hybrid or online teaching using active learning methodologies. Participation in innovation projects, startups, or the technology industry.
