Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) in writing, speaking, comprehension, and listening. Proven classroom teaching experience, preferably in language courses. Experience in teaching team management or pedagogical leadership roles. Knowledge of language teaching methodologies, especially the communicative approach. Ability to conduct pedagogical training sessions, feedback discussions, and meetings. Strong interpersonal communication skills and inspiring leadership, focused on motivating and engaging teachers and students. Organizational and proactive skills to plan and implement impactful pedagogical initiatives.
