Communication and synchronization with the operational team **Job Description:** ---------------------- Operation and Monitoring: \- Monitor and operate grain conveyor belts in the area, ensuring correct and uninterrupted material flow during both loading and unloading operations. \- Adjust warehouse gates during product loading and position triplers at the correct warehouse location, always confirming the activity/location of unloading/loading via the control panel. \- Strictly observe safety procedures to prevent accidents, especially in emergencies. \- Immediately stop operations upon detection of safety issues, such as mechanical failures or belt blockages, and notify the supervisor/control panel operator. Preventive Maintenance: \- Notify the maintenance team of any anomalies observed during operation. \- Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment remains in good operating condition. Communication: \- Collaborate closely with the control panel operator to ensure operational synchronization. \- Provide daily operational flow information during shift handover to the next assistant (e.g., unloading location (cell), loading location (gate/cell), active dumpers (Dumper 1, 2, or 3\), detailing any issues encountered and actions taken. \- Operate the front-end loader during grain and meal loading or terminal cleaning as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School education. Prior experience operating dumpers, conveyor belts, bucket elevators, and flow scales—or in similar positions—as well as experience/practical knowledge of control panels.
