Customer support and assistance during events, ensuring satisfaction **Job Description:** ---------------------- Set up and organize rooms according to the contracted layout (auditorium, classroom, U-shape, banquet, etc.). Prepare audiovisual equipment (projector, microphone, sound system, flip chart, etc.). Verify the setup checklist before the event begins. Dismantle and reorganize the space after the event concludes. Maintain and protect all used equipment and furniture. Ensure the room is clean, organized, and meets Aguativa’s standards. Assist in material inventory control and report replenishment needs. Greet customers and vendors related to events, clarify inquiries, and meet their needs as required. Support presentations of rooms, spaces, and available facilities as needed. Accompany customers throughout the event to ensure all requirements are met.
