Job Summary: The School Monitor is responsible for welcoming and guiding students, ensuring their safety and well-being on school premises, and assisting teachers in daily operations. Monitoring students during various school activities About the Position Requirements * Experience in this role. Responsibilities: \- Welcoming students (morning and afternoon shifts); \- Guiding and assisting students during dismissal; \- Directing vehicles during student boarding and alighting; \- Monitoring students during break periods; \- Ensuring student safety across the school campus, supervising student behavior, providing guidance on rules, procedures, school regulations, adherence to schedules, and maintaining an organized school environment; \- Assisting teachers with daily student-related tasks; \- Escorting students to extracurricular activities; \- Accompanying class transitions; \- Monitoring high school break periods; \- Keeping the School Administration and Coordination informed of any unexpected incidents; \- Demonstrating dynamic and proactive thinking to safeguard student well-being at the school; Qualifications * Strong communication skills * Agility * Organization * Patience * Good interpersonal skills Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Monitor (Preferred)
