* Understand customer needs and present our company.
* Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for closing.
* Record and organize contacts in the CRM.

Skills you will apply:
* Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and repairs on Otis and other brand elevators
* Anticipate potential technical scenarios, conduct diagnostics and propose solutions
* Interact with our customers, placing their needs first
Who we are looking for?
* Professional with completed High School and technical training in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics fields
* Knowledge of safety standards and certifications in NR10 and NR35
* Experience in maintenance and service operations for elevators and escalators is a plus
