Job Summary: The School Supervisor acts as a guardian of school culture, ensuring safety, organization, well-being, and respectful coexistence in non-academic environments. Key Highlights: 1. School Supervisor \| Curitiba Santo Inácio neighborhood in Curitiba (near Parque Barigui) About Student Care The Student Care team ensures that non-academic spaces and moments at school align with the Red House Way, guaranteeing safety, organization, well-being, and respectful coexistence. More than supervision, the team serves as the everyday guardian of school culture, applying the Code of Conduct in an educational and value-aligned manner consistent with Red House principles. Their work is essential to sustaining a safe and welcoming environment, enabling high-quality learning and allowing families to perceive care and consistency in the school experience. Key Responsibilities Monitor student entry, exit, breaks, and movement throughout the school Ensure students' physical and emotional safety Mediate simple conflicts with an educational approach Refer more complex situations to the coordination team Apply and uphold the school's Code of Conduct Monitor and organize common school spaces Communicate relevant observations to the pedagogical team Support internal events and movements, ensuring safety and organization Requirements Education: Completed high school Experience: Prior experience in a school environment is considered a plus Knowledge and Skills: Basic conflict mediation skills Fundamental understanding of child and adolescent development Contextual awareness and risk prevention capability Behavioral Competencies Firm yet calm authority Empathy and active listening Ethical and consistent conduct Clear and respectful communication Emotional resilience Collaborative work with the pedagogical team Send your resume with the subject line “School Supervisor” to: recrutamento.curitiba@redhouse.com.br Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
