Experience in customer service, Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, internet usage, and email composition is required. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Supporting and assisting faculty members and coordinators; • Occasional assistance to students; • Providing classroom assignment information; • Supporting classroom assignments and occasional reservations; • Scanning and printing requested documents; • Facilitating communication with inspectors and other administrative departments within the unit; • In-person and email-based support; • Managing, requesting, and organizing academic supply purchases through the system; • Supplying office materials for instructional use by faculty; • Printing documents and/or delivering them to faculty members; • Managing faculty storage cabinets; • Providing general information; • Supporting administrative and academic departments within the unit with additional information. 2511110202181800046
