Job Summary: Provides individualized support to students with learning difficulties and special educational needs, collaborates with teachers, and develops personalized pedagogical strategies to promote inclusion and development. Development of personalized pedagogical strategies * Provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties or special educational needs. * Work alongside teachers and the pedagogical team to ensure students receive the necessary support to overcome their difficulties. * Facilitate students' adaptation to the school environment by offering emotional and academic support throughout the learning process. * Develop personalized pedagogical strategies tailored to each student's needs, promoting inclusion and full development of their abilities. * Monitor students' progress and provide continuous feedback to guardians and the pedagogical team.
