The Receptionist is responsible for receiving and assisting customers, suppliers, and visitors, providing information and directing them to the necessary departments. This role includes handling telephone calls, managing visitor entry and exit, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.

Location: Cascavel/PR
Availability to work at Dipelnet Centro
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\.
* Receive and assist customers;
* Handle telephone calls, transfer calls, and take messages;
* Provide information about products and services to visitors;
* Collect monthly fees from customers;
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area;
* Sell products and services;
* Receive and forward correspondence and packages to recipients;
* Collaborate with the team on tasks essential to the smooth operation of the reception area;
* Prepare reports and monitor departmental performance indicators;
* Focus on achieving targets, with variable compensation based on commission.
