Here, you will be a **key player** in sustaining development activities, supporting Senior HR Analysts, and taking leadership in critical HR initiatives. **Here’s how you’ll contribute to our team:** * Conduct weekly Cultural and Institutional Onboarding sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and an engaging experience. * Organize logistics for the Welcome Program and propose continuous improvement of related workflows and processes. * Support Senior HR Analysts in corporate development initiatives and programs. * Prepare internal and external training sessions, ensuring participant engagement. * Monitor training sessions, gaining hands-on exposure to development initiatives. * Handle post-training activities, enabling internal controls to generate training data. * Use the training platform as an internal facilitator to create online courses. * Respond to training requests and online course creation requests via the internal system. * Schedule alignment meetings regarding training requests with requesting managers. * Participate in developing learning initiatives, contributing creative ideas and solutions. **HR is also about numbers and metrics!** You will also perform administrative and control tasks, including: * Entering and tracking HR supplier invoices in Oracle. * Updating departmental reports and metrics for management reporting. All of this while complying with Human Resources policies and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect you to know:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fields related to HR. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced proficiency in Outlook. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility. * Availability for hybrid work: On-site: Mondays, from 08:00 to 17:48, and Fridays, from 09:00 to 18:48 Remote: Remaining weekdays, from 09:00 to 18:48 **It’s a plus if you have:** * Experience facilitating group sessions. * Familiarity with Canva and Mentimeter platforms. * Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge. * Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools. **Additional Information** **Why work here?
