




The External Technical Assistant is responsible for supporting the technical team in external activities, such as installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. This professional works under direct supervision, performing operational and support tasks to ensure proper functioning of systems. It is essential to possess basic technical skills and willingness to learn and develop within the field. Work model: On-site Location: Centro \- Cascavel/PR Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * Assist the technical team in installing and maintaining alarm systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV equipment, intercoms, electric fences, and other devices. * Support identification and resolution of faults in systems and equipment. * Conduct tests and perform configurations on equipment. * Clean and organize tools and equipment used in external activities. * Record performed activities and report any issues encountered to the responsible technician. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance technical knowledge. * Adhere to company safety regulations and procedures during external activities.
