Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Cook/Grill Cook to manage the kitchen of a bar/burger restaurant, responsible for preparing snacks and portions, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and handling kitchen opening and closing procedures. Management of cleaning, organization, and kitchen opening/closing Work Location: Bar / Burger Restaurant Kitchen On-site night shift (starting at 4:00 PM) Salary: R$ 2.000,00 Benefits: * Transportation Allowance (VT) * On-site Meal * Food Allowance (VA) = R$ 114.00 * Night shift bonus = 20% * Performance-based bonus for achieving targets Job Description: We are looking for a Cook/Grill Cook to assume full responsibility for our kitchen during the night shift, specializing in snacks and portions. The professional will be responsible not only for food preparation but also for ensuring kitchen cleanliness, organization, and proper operation—including kitchen opening and closing procedures. Responsibilities: * Prepare snacks and portions while maintaining the establishment's quality and flavor standards. * Maintain daily kitchen and equipment organization, cleanliness, and sanitation. * Manage kitchen opening and closing routines, ensuring all processes comply with food safety standards. * Store and organize ingredients appropriately. * Collaborate with the team to ensure an efficient and productive workflow. * Perform other operational tasks as needed. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Cook or Grill Cook. * Availability to work night shifts. * Commitment to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. * Strong organizational skills, accountability, and proactivity. * Ability to lead kitchen operations and work effectively in a team.
