




**Required:** * Completed Bachelor's degree * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (ability to create dashboards, pivot tables, etc.) * Intermediate BI knowledge (ability to build BI reports for assembling commercial data dashboards) **Responsibilities:** * Create overall revenue comparisons and by customer. * Support changes in Commercial Policies. * Assist in populating commercial data into managerial presentations. * Collaborate with management in creating optimized visit schedules. * Perform analyses and risk management related to the customer base, focusing on monitoring active customers, customers at risk of loss, and inactive customers. * Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized processes aimed at optimizing routines and requests within the sales department. * Develop and present market share analyses, providing information for strategic company decisions. * Be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining dashboards in Visor Comercial. * Prepare and analyze reports and projections for performance tracking. * Maintain and update the customer portfolio, ensuring proper handover between advisors and control of database movements. * Plan, monitor, and manage rebate contracts with customers, including tracking signatures, validity periods, contract preparation, and archiving. * Coordinate customer discount registrations, ensuring approval from the sales team and transmission of information for system entry. * Link new registrations of the same customer to the main registration, ensuring correct compilation of information. * Develop and update profitability dashboards, presenting indicators per customer and per advisor to support commercial management. * Create promotional materials and invitations for customers, developing layouts using Canva. * Manage the EPS Web system. * Update and organize files disseminating product price lists and campaigns, ensuring information accuracy. * Work with the sales manager to control requests and approvals for customer complimentary benefits. * Issue credit letters related to lens warranties. * Receive, sort, and distribute marketing materials. * Monitor commercial indicators. * Send goal closure forecasts to managers. * Approve, create, and validate pack promotions. **Location:** Pinhais/PR **Benefits:** Meal allowance - R$22.00 per business day worked Transportation voucher Basic food basket R$80.00 - per month Complimentary lenses (annual) Discount on lens purchases (according to company policy) Eyeglass frame discounts Life insurance Wellhub – Gympass Parking Company stock purchase program Pharmacy network agreement Medical and dental plan (after 90 days) Bonus based on performance indicators (after 90 days) Education assistance (after 1 year with the company) Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: starting at R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Education assistance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * BI and Excel (Mandatory)
