Job Summary: Custodian responsible for conservation, cleaning, and organization of environments, overseeing and supervising maintenance activities and enforcing internal rules. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring basic systems and responding to incidents The company is seeking a Custodian in Cornélio Procópio. **Responsibilities:** Ensure conservation, cleaning, and organization of environments (buildings, condominiums, or companies). Monitor and supervise building maintenance services. Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, faucets, and simple adjustments. Control usage and preservation of equipment and common areas. Enforce internal rules among residents, employees, or visitors. Assist in coordinating service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security). Monitor operation of basic systems, including lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems. Respond to requests and on-site incidents. Ensure the environment is safe and in good condition for use. Support other conservation and maintenance activities as needed. Previous experience as a Doorman, Security Guard, General Services Assistant, or Cleaning Supervisor may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
