Key activities include: * Performing accurate diagnoses of mechanical and electronic vehicle issues. * Preparing detailed repair and maintenance estimates, clearly explaining required services to customers. * Acting as liaison between the workshop and the customer, ensuring all needs and expectations are met. * Managing service appointments to optimize workshop workflow. * Ensuring all activities comply with safety and quality standards. * Maintaining detailed records of services performed and diagnoses conducted. **Requirements:** * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical vehicle issues. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Valid driver's license (Category B). * Prior experience as a post-sales technical consultant, preferably with premium vehicles. **Education:** * Completed high school. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with workshop management and customer service software. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
