Description: To fill this role, we are seeking a candidate with experience in people management, as well as: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies (in progress or completed) preferred; * Experience in Procurement - indirect purchasing; * Knowledge of procurement methodologies such as Strategic Sourcing and TCO. Responsible for leading the indirect procurement team within Supplies, ensuring timely execution, process quality, and excellent service to manufacturing units and distribution centers. Key responsibilities: * Plan and supervise purchase requests and SC/PO backlogs; * Ensure acquisition strategies focused on cost, delivery time, and quality; * Represent the area at manufacturing units and distribution centers, promoting integration with other departments; * Monitor operational indicators, targets, budget, and team resources; * Manage daily routines, conduct DDSs, and delegate tasks according to priorities; * Track action plans and ensure SLA compliance; * Update and disseminate process flowcharts and operational procedures; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental policies; * Suggest process improvements and ensure organization and maintenance of the work area; * Participate in meetings, committees, and strategic alignment forums; * Support initiatives aimed at team development, promoting continuous improvements in processes, performance, and the work environment. 2511080202181704313
