Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: * Experience in team supervision. * Experience in parks, events, hospitality, or recreation. * First aid training is desirable. Operational Supervision: * Supervise the operation of attractions and recreational activities. * Monitor adherence to operational procedures. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of equipment. * Oversee opening and closing of areas under responsibility. Safety and Quality: * Ensure visitor safety on attractions. * Proactively address potential risk situations. * Monitor service quality delivered by the team. * Support resolution of incidents and conflicts. Administrative Control: * Submit internal requisitions as required by operational needs. * Assist with operational reporting when requested. * Ensure compliance with management directives.
