




Job Summary: The Inventory Supervisor oversees the receipt and storage of supplies, ensures proper warehouse organization, coordinates the team, supports the procurement department, and guarantees compliance with sanitary regulations. Leadership and people management skills INVENTORY SUPERVISOR POSITION **Responsibilities:** · Supervise the receipt, inspection, and storage of food ingredients, beverages, and cleaning supplies. · Ensure proper warehouse organization, complying with hygiene and food safety standards. · Conduct periodic inventory counts and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. · Coordinate the team responsible for the storeroom and product restocking. · Support the procurement department by reporting supply needs and suggesting adjustments based on restaurant demand. · Prepare reports on inventory movement and losses, proposing process improvements. · Ensure compliance with health surveillance regulations and good handling practices. **Requirements:** · Prior experience in inventory management, preferably in restaurants or food companies. · Knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP/WMS). · Leadership and people management skills. · Completed high school education (a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Gastronomy is desirable). · Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. **Schedule:** · Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. **Salary and Benefits:** · Salary of R$ 2791.00 \+ (40% bonus after probation period) · Transportation allowance. · Market allowance (R$ 140.00\) · On-site meals. · Birthday day off. · SESC membership. · Sindeclub membership \+ access to IPPA Institute. · HOPE benefits \+ Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Work Location: On-site
