We are looking for a committed, agile **Kitchen Supervisor** with strong leadership skills to ensure perfect dish execution, recipe standardization, and daily operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations; * Monitor and maintain standards for plating, preparation time, and quality of each product; * Manage the team of grill cooks, assistants, assemblers, and fry station staff; * Conduct hands-on training and continuous performance follow-up; * Control kitchen inventory, ingredient expiration dates, portioning, and waste; * Assist in creating work schedules and assigning shift duties; * Ensure adherence to technical recipes and operational procedures; * Monitor key performance indicators (productivity, preparation time, waste, and quality); * Support the Restaurant Manager on operational and strategic matters. **Requirements:** * Experience in high-volume kitchens (burger restaurant experience is a plus); * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organized, proactive profile with results orientation; * Ability to lead, train, and develop teams; * Clear communication, responsible attitude, and customer focus. **What we offer:** * Dynamic, structured, and growing work environment; * Real development opportunities and career path; * Supportive team and strong culture based on quality, respect, and excellence.
