We seek professionals passionate about technology and possessing a "hands\-on" mindset who wish to grow within a collaborative and dynamic environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Environment and Production Management: Responsible for maintaining and evolving the entire production process, including change control, continuous deployment, and incident response. * Automation and CI/CD: Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve pipelines and automation solutions (CI/CD using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools). * Orchestration and Containers: Manage and monitor applications on Kubernetes, Docker, and virtual machine environments. * Cloud and Infrastructure: Implement, monitor, and optimize environments on AWS, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure (on\-premises \+ cloud). * Observability and Monitoring: Implement and fine-tune tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, and ELK to ensure high availability and service performance. * Architecture and Performance: Work alongside architects and technical teams to optimize system architecture and propose technological enhancements. * Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Automate processes, document best practices, and ensure traceability of changes. * Technical Reporting: Provide statistical and performance reports upon request, ensuring visibility into system stability and efficiency. **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). * Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, monitoring, and security. * Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure). * Advanced troubleshooting and incident response skills. * Strong communication and collaborative teamwork abilities. * Fluent English (technical reading and writing). * 5\+ years of experience. * Lead architectural implementations and technical decisions. * Handle high-complexity troubleshooting. * Define automation standards and monitor operational efficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation. * Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. * Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka). * DevOps, Cloud, or Kubernetes certifications. * Experience with monitoring and dashboards (Grafana, Power BI). * Knowledge of information security and governance (LGPD). **Notes:** * **This position is open for either on-site work in Foz do Iguaçu \- PR, or remote work from any other city.** * **We are open to CLT and/or PJ contracts.**
