**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** **As a Security Guard you will:** * Control the entry and exit of employees, delivery personnel, suppliers, and visitors by opening and closing the main company gates to prevent access by suspicious individuals or direct them to their requested destination. * Receive suppliers, delivery personnel, service providers, and visitors, performing identification, providing assistance, and requesting information regarding department, sector, and person to be visited in order to direct them to the desired location. * Monitor the entry and exit of employees, conducting visual inspections or searches using metal detectors on vehicles, bags, and packages to prevent material theft or other infractions. * Inspect departing vehicles, checking interiors, trunks, and cargo areas prior to release to safeguard company assets. * Control the entry and exit of materials by verifying corresponding invoices for recording in the gatekeeping report. * Inspect company doors, gates, and windows by patrolling all facilities to ensure they are closed after working hours. * Close the administrative office by locking doors and windows and turning off lights to prevent waste and ensure protection against theft and other incidents. * Prepare daily reports, noting shift observations so information can be communicated to subsequent shifts. * Monitor security cameras, inspecting premises to prevent fires, thefts, unauthorized entries, or other abnormalities. * Always ensure process and product quality by following instructions specified in work instructions and/or procedures, where applicable. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **To be an eligible candidate for this position, you must have:** * Completed High School * Class B Driver's License (CNH "B") * Basic computer knowledge * Previous experience in the role **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Interested?
