




Description: * Completed high school education. * Pursuing a degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields is desirable; * Intermediate level in Office software; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field or related areas. It will be an advantage if: * Knowledge of Food Defense and Food Fraud, * Analysis processes (chemical, microbiological, etc.); * Laboratory controls, laboratory safety, * HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) * FSSC22000 standard. Your challenges will be: * Perform various analyses to monitor quality during the receipt of raw materials, ingredients, water, in-process products, finished products, and packaging materials; * Prepare analysis reports to ensure item release; * Validate supplier certificates to ensure the quality of critical items through visual inspection; * Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and methodologies applied to food safety; * Report occurrences of process anomalies to suppliers; * Perform wheat classification monitoring analysis (truck inspection, leveling, wheat analyses according to IN 38/2010) * Comply with sustainability requirements, quality management, food safety, environment, and occupational health and safety. 251126020240254255
