Team development and training management Responsible for supervising production area operations, ensuring compliance with the master production plan, deadlines, and established targets. Will lead the team, define priorities, monitor KPIs, ensure process quality, safety, and efficiency, as well as drive continuous improvements, audits, non-conformance management, and budget control for the area. Also responsible for team development, conducting DDS (Daily Safety Talks), training management, and alignment with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role; * Knowledge of NR12; * Experience with electroplating, rotogravure printing, cutting, and finishing processes.
