Attentive, discreet, and courteous demeanor Job \| Daytime Doorman \- Residential Complex on Rua Marechal Floriano Peixoto in Foz do Iguaçu/PR Job Information Position: Daytime Doorman Location: Luis XV Residential Complex — Rua Marechal Floriano Peixoto, Foz do Iguaçu/PR Employment Type: CLT Salary: R$ 2\.400,00 Benefits: Meal allowance/ticket (R$ 600,00\); Life insurance. Working Hours: Daytime, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Work Schedule: 4 days on, 1 day off Note: Working hours and schedule may be adjusted according to the condominium’s operational needs. Job Responsibilities The professional will be responsible for managing the entry and exit of residents, visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel, ensuring security, organization, and tranquility within the condominium during daytime hours. Main responsibilities include: Controlling the access of people and vehicles; Identifying visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel prior to granting entry; Recording incidents, deliveries, movements, and relevant information in the logbook/system; Monitoring cameras, gates, common areas, and suspicious activities; Receiving and relaying information to residents, the building manager (syndic), maintenance staff, or property management company as needed; Supporting compliance with the condominium’s internal regulations; Maintaining an attentive, discreet, and courteous demeanor toward residents and visitors; Notifying responsible parties, the building manager (syndic), security company, or competent authorities in emergency situations; Ensuring the front desk remains organized and all access points function properly during the shift. Mandatory Requirements Completed high school education; Prior experience as a doorman, guard, access controller, or similar role; Strong verbal communication skills; Attention to detail, responsibility, and professional demeanor; Punctuality and commitment to the condominium’s daily routine; Ability to follow rules, procedures, and internal guidelines; Basic knowledge of controlling entry and exit of people/vehicles. Desirable Requirements Previous experience in residential condominiums; Familiarity with camera-based monitoring; Basic knowledge of incident logs, delivery tracking, and front-desk recordkeeping; Strong interpersonal skills with residents, visitors, and service providers; Discreet, observant, and preventive personality; Completion of training courses for doormen, security guards, or access controllers is considered an advantage.
