Job Summary: Coordinate teams, supervise the production of parts and products, monitor quality and productivity indicators, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on process improvement · Coordinate, guide, and train the work team. · Assess machine and equipment availability according to production priority and sequence. · Ensure parts and products are produced in accordance with the production schedule and manufacturing orders. · Coordinate assigned tasks and manufacturing orders to achieve established targets. · Collect, record, and monitor Quality and Productivity Indicators. · Monitor employees' working hours and individual productivity. · Use required PPE as specified by the Occupational Safety Technician. · Request maintenance for machines and equipment. · Maintain a clean, organized workplace in compliance with the 5S methodology and company organizational standards. · Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. **SHIFT WORK AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** **Education: Completed High School** **Experience: 3 years in injection molding** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
