




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Mon to Fri: 08:00 to 18:00 \- Sat: 08:00 to 12:00 with 2-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Prepare automotive surfaces for painting by performing sanding, applying fillers, primers, and sealers according to technical standards. Identify and correct bodywork imperfections, ensuring high-quality finishing. Perform automotive painting (partial or full) using spray guns, paint booths, and paint systems. Match colors, read and interpret paint formulas, ensuring fidelity to the vehicle’s original color standard. Carry out polishing, final touch-ups, and post-painting finishing. Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and paint booths. Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations, using PPE appropriately. Work in accordance with company and manufacturer-established deadlines and quality standards. Support organization of the body shop and painting department, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. **Requirements:** Proven experience as an automotive painter and/or preparer. Knowledge of automotive surface preparation and painting processes. Attention to detail, diligence, and quality awareness.
