Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Occupational Safety Technician to assist in implementing and executing safety programs, preventing occupational accidents and diseases. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for inspecting operations and guiding safe practices. 2. Will conduct safety training and investigate accidents. 3. Will develop and implement safety programs and manage PPEs. Junior Occupational Safety Technician Position. Description: We are looking for a Junior Occupational Safety Technician to join our team. The professional will assist in implementing and executing occupational safety programs, promoting prevention of accidents and occupational diseases. Responsibilities: * Conduct safety inspections at operational sites (yard, fleet, and warehouses); * Guide drivers on daily safe practices; * Manage occupational and toxicological examinations; * Deliver safety and onboarding training; * Investigate accidents and propose corrective actions; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs); * Develop and implement safety programs (PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT, among others); * Manage and guide the use of PPEs; * Monitor asset tracking and physical security processes; * Prepare reports and support audits. Requirements: * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs); * Prior experience in the field is considered an advantage; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively.
