Job Summary: Professional responsible for remote access control, visitor reception, and information provision, in compliance with security and conduct standards. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and identify visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel remotely. Control access of people and vehicles according to established regulations. Record entry and exit information for visitors and employees. Provide courteous and efficient information to visitors, residents, or employees. Offer guidance regarding conduct rules and facility operations. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Completed high school education. Clear and polite communication skills. Basic computer literacy. Ability to handle pressure situations and emergencies. Prior experience in the security field will be considered an advantage. NOTE: Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Must have easy access to the Rebouças area.
