Job Summary: The professional will supervise and guide staff in the management of materials and equipment, including receiving, storage, maintenance, and organization of the central warehouse. Maintenance and organization of warehouses * Supervise and guide staff in performing activities at the central materials and equipment warehouse, including dispatching, receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and equipment. Perform equipment maintenance, manage inventory, and organize the warehouse to facilitate movement and identification of equipment, parts, and components. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and guide staff on how to receive material and equipment requests from construction sites, verifying/updating inventory levels to inform availability, scheduling pickups, and, in case of returns, scheduling receipt. * Receive and guide staff to receive materials, tools, and equipment (accompanied by the transfer document \- shipping manifest/transfer map), unloading and verifying physical quantities, condition of preservation, required maintenance, and functionality when necessary. * Allocate and organize equipment within the warehouse to facilitate access and identification. * Load and guide staff to load and inspect materials, tools, and equipment (accompanied by the transfer document \- shipping manifest/transfer map) for delivery to construction sites, Plaenge group warehouses, and maintenance service providers. * Carry out and guide staff to provide on-site support, aiming to perform assemblies, repairs, and component replacements to expedite equipment return to operation. * Carry out and guide staff to clean and maintain equipment to ensure good preservation and operational condition. * Inspect and guide staff to inspect functionality, replace components, repair, track, and account for equipment allocated in the warehouse and at construction sites. * Report and guide staff to report to the equipment supervisor regarding parts and components needed for equipment maintenance. * Comply with and guide staff to comply with occupational safety regulations and quality management system procedures. * Analyze and suggest improvements to existing procedures, and propose new procedures to enhance performance, efficiency, and quality. * Perform other duties related to the position and/or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Additional Information** Operational Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects transforming cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team growing alongside our history.
