MAIN ACTIVITIES: 1. Monitor transportation of horticultural, fruit, and farm product donations 2. Perform selection of received products 3. Carry out pre-preparation of side dishes and salads 4. Organize food layout in the cafeteria 5. Conduct sanitation and cleaning of kitchen and cafeteria 6. Perform temperature checks on prepared foods and record control data 7. Collect and store daily samples of menu preparations served in the cafeteria. 8. Assemble and serve meals to staff, including lunch, breakfast, afternoon snack, and dinner. 9. Check perishable food inventory, storing items and recording temperatures. 10. Prepare meal boxes for closed departments 11.
