Providing technical support and user assistance (via chat and tickets). Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Performing preventive tasks and handling recurring tickets. Relocating, installing, and maintaining equipment (CPUs and laptops). Creating and managing operating system images. Managing and controlling IT asset inventory. Analyzing and resolving performance issues (reformatting is not a standard solution but rather a last resort). Administering and maintaining the CCTV system. Managing the printing system. Managing IT equipment and furniture. Generating reports and recording data in the ERP system.
