Job Summary: A professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, aiming to optimize performance and ensure safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with regulations **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment. * Assemble, install, and adjust machines according to technical specifications. * Perform welding and repairs on parts and components. * Lubricate machines according to operational requirements. * Test and evaluate machine performance after maintenance. * Record Maintenance Orders, including time spent, activities performed, and materials used. * Propose improvements to predictive and preventive maintenance plans. * Implement actions to optimize efficiency, performance, and safety indicators for critical equipment. * Execute actions to enhance maintenance process performance indicators. * Carry out tasks outlined in the Annual Maintenance and Inspection Schedule (NR13\). * Contribute to failure analysis of critical equipment in Units A and B. * Specify procurement needs for maintenance materials and services. * Ensure workplace safety by following regulations and using appropriate PPE and collective protective equipment. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Maintenance, Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Industrial Mechanics; * Experience in industrial maintenance; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machine manuals; * Knowledge of industrial pump maintenance; * Knowledge of conveyor belt and material handling system maintenance; * Knowledge of pneumatic systems and their industrial applications.
