




**Description: Apply quickly via email:** **Responsibilities and Desired Experience:** Key Responsibilities Process real estate financial documents, verifying compliance with regulations for inclusion in the company’s systems. Perform quality control of stored financial data, ensuring consistency with reference documents. Prepare operational financial reports based on exported data or internal systems. Evaluate and review reports to ensure accuracy and information quality. Identify potential risks or discrepancies in data and report/escalate them to the responsible manager. Assist in collecting and gathering financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements / Expected Skills Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Strong Excel skills; experience with financial systems (ERP) is a plus. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong analytical ability. Good communication skills (ability to prepare reports, clarify data, interact with other departments). Ability to learn quickly and follow internal procedures accurately.
